EXCERPTS FROM THE PROJECTED MEDIA
FOLLOWING THE OERETTA`S LIBRETTO THE PROJECTION TAKES A SUPPORTING OR ACTIVE ROLE IN THE STAGE PRODUCTION. IT SOMETIMES IS USED AS VISUAL BACKGROUND ENRICHING THE FRENCH BOHEMIAN ATMOSPHERE OF THE STORY.
IN OTHER SCENES AIMING THE BRECHTIAN "ESTRANGEMENT EFFECT" IT BECOMES A STORYTELLER PREPARING THE SPECTATOR FOR WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.
AT THE FINAL IT IS COMPARED TO AN EMPTY MATERIAL FRAME ON STAGE AND LEADS THE MAIN ACTION IMAGING
ANIMATED CANVAS OF A 1814`S PAINTING - KEY OF THE PLOT - TO SOLVE THE SCENIC CONFLICT.
